Micro van owners meet
Just through i'd test the water on a potential meet. I'm not sure if this would work as i know we are all quite spread around the country, but i quite like the idea of meeting up at a nice country pub for a pint on a warm summers evening, and chat about our vans. Can be useful in finding info and parts as well. I would propose a location just north of London as it's quote central. I was thinking Hitchin as it's only a few minuets from the A1(M) and M1. How does this fit in with some of you in the South East, (i know it will be too far for some of you).

We've been meaning to go to the lake district for a couple of years now, the last time we tool the hi-jet it was great we stayed down in borrowdale. the only problem is it take 7 hours to get there from 'London with stops! Where about's is the Bull?

Re: Micro van owners meet
It sounds like a lakes meet is gathering some interest. I normally camp in Borrowdale, Stonethwaite little campsite by the river in the middle of nowhere ideally suited to the little vans as the road in is a little bit narrow as you can see in the 1st photo!!
What dates are people free? i would avoid bank holidays as the campsite is very busy, and i've been stuck on the M6 for hours in previous years. How are people fixed in June ??

That looks amazing. Probably it bit far for me, but if I'm free and I'm feeling adventurous then I may join you!
