Tamar Matador.? Wonder if it was built in the Plymouth area? Little bit smaller than a Leyland Matador, for sure.
Split Screen looks like the old 50's Commercial two strokes. And a little reminiscent of the old Scammel Scarab 3 wheeler articulated Tractor used by British Rail in the shunting yards.
Did you manage to get any info on it Logi? Looking at what I can see of the wheels they look like five spoke Beetle wheels. Its certainly a head Turner though.

Wow that is something else.!! Better than new. What incredible attention to detail. I was on the right lines with the VW connection to the wheels then.
