Hi, I'm Dave from the Wirral. Just acquired a 1996 hijet 1000 van, body is fantastic but the owner told me the cam was seizing in the head? Looks like lack of oil to the front rockers if anyone can help as I know nothing about these little Jews.

It is a common fault.

There is photos on here of exactly the same problem.

The solution is to replace the complete cylinder head, and to clean out the oil feed system.
