2015 Micro Van bash IS ON... Best in show trophy orderd :0)

Apologies for leaving this till late. Started up a new business & not had much time.

Date: 4th-6th September
Location: The Bull i’ th’ Thorn, Ashbourne Road, Hurdlow, Near Buxton, Derbyshire SK17 9QQ 01298 83348
Price: £5 per person per night, Kids/Dogs free.
Vans: £15
Tent: £5 tent per person
Electric hook up £10 per night *MUST CALL TO PRE-BOOK HOOK UPS as only 10 hook ups*
Facilities: Pub with Camping; electric hook ups, showers, toilets and taps. 20 Min walk from Buxton.


There will also be a trophy for Best Micro Van for a bit of added fun..

I'd be very interested in it, I couldn't go last year it would be great to see other peoples vans, and ideas. I really want to make a trailer out of two rear ends of hijets, two sliding doors and two boot doors, I've seen vw ones at vw shows but never a hijet haha sorry random babblings

Got a little 1.0 ex mobility jet, first one ever (did have a rascal many years ago)
Had many land rovers and now fancy a change, so far it seems ok, apart from it sounds a bit tappety , any ideas? I have noticed its a bit cramped to work on!

mines blue, still has wheelchair winch post in middle between rear facing seats, nice interior, fold up side seats which clamp to runners in floor and extra plubed in heater in rear. I have just fitted a tow bar (hope i have the power to tow!)
I am looking at a second blue one for spares as my tailgate is starting to bubble under window and its been scratched quite badly by PO whilst removing a sticker.

so... if its raining this weekend will i be the only one there?!!

There's always next year, it's a nice place to camp, pretty relaxed, handy with it being on the field behind a pub! and nice country walks if your into that sort of thing!

Ive been meaning to phone the pub to find out about camping the bank holiday weekend coming up, I heard on the grapevine it's changed owners but no idea if that's true.
