I am new to this site having recently purchased my first HiJet. Its a 1996 3 cylinder 993cc Campervan. I collected it from Hull a couple of weeks ago and drove home to Newcastle. When I got home on idle, the van was revving up and down so I contacted a mobile autotuning guy and he popped to work. Prior to his arrival I topped the water levels up, checked the oil etc. He tuned it up and it was running fine. A couple of days later, it all started again. Thankfully, I had found this site by then and put a pressure test on the coolant system and found that both radiator caps were faulty and also there was a leaky seam on the radiator. New radiator and caps now fitted and away we go.......Many thanks
