Dodgy fuel gauge, looking for a [cheap] second hand unit

Hi all

Am the proud owner of a 1.3 EFI LPG Hijet Van [good times], however the fuel gauge does not seem to work [bad times].

Temp gauge works, can get low fuel light to work, but gauge will not work even when I earth it at the dash.

Just wondered if anyone has got or knows of a replacement instrument panel about anywhere.

I have a similar problem, did you manage to get this fixed?
I don't have a low fuel light though, was like this when i bought it, don't think he turned the light off though.
Any help would be amazing.

The sender unit is a tube with a float, the bottom falls off the tube and either the float falls out or sticks because the tube is no longer cylindrical.
