well got my hijet 3 days ago and a friend and i have rebuilt the rear brakes and are now welding the sills, will them be getting MOT'd and taken straight to a friend who's going to give it a respray, then the interior work will begin
will be constantly adding to this tread of the progress

Ha yes. I never realized the extent of the arches but hay ho, im getting their! The strut tops do need atention. Left is the worse one! Will get a engine vid tomorrow, hopefully my cone filter will of arrived too

Go and dig on the passenger side....
Imagine where the petrol cap is on the drivers side - put your hand under the cill there - now go do it on the passenger side.
They pretty much always go there too.
And its an MOT failure as its 30cm to a seat belt mounting point.
