Hello everybody
Can someone tell me where is the diagnostic connector of daihatsu hijet cargo 659cc,065L made in 2001? How many pins does it have and what colours are T and E cables?

I found mine behind the fuse box, left hand side of steering column, tucked behind the carpet.
It is only has four connectors.
There is an article concerning the flashcodes and I think from memory the T wire is brown.

Yours being a 2001 Cargo 660 EF-SE engine model s200 or s220 will most likely be like this http://www.daihatsuhijet.co.uk/s200-extol-atrai-cargo-hijet-engine-diagnostic-mode-and-error-codes/

Hello Highly Jetted
Mine is a 659CC EF-SE engine model GD-S200V 0.65l made in 2001 in Japan. It is slightly different with what i saw to www.daihatsuhijet.co.uk/s200-extol-atrai-cargo-hijet-engine-diagnostic-mode-and-error-codes/

The DLC of my car is a black 16 pins one, using only 8 wires. Here is the connection of wires:
1st pin (green-black)--------------54
2nd pin not used
3th pin (black)---------------------6
4th black-white)-------------------11
5th not used
6th (white-violet) -----------------31
7th (yellow)------------------------12
8th not used
9th (red-yellow)--------------------29
10th not used
11th not used
12th not used
13th (violet) does not go to the ecu
14th not used
15th not used
16th black-red--------------------11
As you it is not the same. Example:according to daihatsu hijet .co.uk, 16th pin is for the battery power but for my DLC is ground.

Yes, it does. But the problem is in the connexion from dlc pins to ecu pins. It is not the same with the one i saw to www.daihatsuhijet.co.uk, as i wrote to you first.
