1300 camshaft

has any one got a 1300 camshaft as the lobes on mine have completley worn away thank you

What are the journals like on it?

If its been that dry that the lobes have worn, you will have more problems realistically.

I do have a complete cylinder head ready to go on the shelf for just £85 plus I can post it for about £8 - which has cams lifters valves the lot.

the journals are in really good condition hardly any wear i was thinking is was down to a bad cast cam when made i had one go like this on another car

I personally won't split a cam from a head, they go as a complete top end.

What about the rockers/lifters - if the cam has worn so much the faces of the rockers/lifter must have taken some of the pain.
