waterpump compatibility.

Hi guys was lookin for a bit of advice. I'm looking for a water pump for my n registration hijet. 993 cc engine code 42 . Now I found one on eBay for 36 quid. And as it happens there just round the corner from me. But when I rang them this morning he quoted 96 quid after I gave him my reg. From what I can see the only difference is the bleed nipple is bent on mine and the new one is sticking straight up. I have ordered the pump for 36 quid and will hopefully it will fit.
Do they generally come with gaskets.?

Only had the van 3 weeks and the bills
Are creeping up lol

I really don't know about the 993cc water pumps.

I know you can pretty much and H series water pump to the 1300, but the pulley wheel is a bit different.

The straight up spout just needs an extra bit of pipe and another connector or a new length of pipe all the way back, mine came with a new gasketand works fine and has for four years with the little adaptor pipe I couldn't find anyone that could actually get the correct pump and the place I got ours from reconed that the straight up one was the correct one until I produced ours from my bag.

Rsj motor factors on ebay. 36 quid with free postage. But dont ring them they will try and fob you off with a dearer model!
