Hi my van has failed Mot and i can't seem to find any cheap Headlights anywhere, Can anyone help me repair my rusty Headlights, Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Hi H.J , Did mine a few weeks ago , did not need to bake them as the sealant can be cut away using a stanley blade , the hardest part was loosening the adjusting bolts , as they tend to corrode up , but with a bit of heat they will release .

Never got round to it, spoke to yet another person today chasing a new pair of head lights.

I got as far as getting a knackard head light out of a storage box then I made a brew....

Have used the first link it looks like chrome & lasts as a finish on some spats on experimental plane they sat out in 30 deg on fibre glass the things would burn your hand if touched the other 2 I don't know
