Funnily enough I have just been looking at this today. I didn't know whether to strip mine and try and get it to work or to buy this one.

It's pretty simple to strip down, simple internal piston, but, I dont know if you can get the seals anywhere, if there buggered ya might be screwed. when I took this appart, the main part of the piston that protrudes out from the body had seized mainly bunged up with crap beneath the dust cap and had some crap inside at the top by the air bleed hole that had obviously come through the brake lines but all the internals where in perfect condition.

seals can be gotten a hold of if you go to your trusty (decent) bikers workshop. take the old ones with you so they can match them up.
or find a seal manufacturer online thats local to you.

same applies to bearings/cables etc.. so long as you have the old one, it can be matched up.
