Am I missing something here --- Lack of brain-cells I know about . Its knowledge of early Hi-Jets I am referring to. In the advert he states its a 7 sweater -- obviously he meant 7 seater but firstly how do you get 7 seats in a Hi-Jet ? I have seen them advertised as 7 seater's but it has always

Secondly he states that the engine is the same as a SUZUKI SUPER CARRY. Surely this cannot be right. ? Can someone enlighten me on this ???

That's what I thought HJ. Just goes to prove what you have said many many times before : " there's a lot of Idiots out there ".

Like a lot of wannabe Arfur Dalys he hasn't a clue and obviously knows nothing about Suzuki Super Carry. That has a four cylinder 971cc engine whereas the Hijet has a 993cc three cylinder so I can't see how the engine is the same.

The Hijet mpv has a bench seat (usually taken as being 3 seats), 2 centre seats, 2 front seats = 7 seats. So it could be described as either 6 (for comfort) or 7 (cramped). But how would you get on with a 9 seater?; I've seen three of those.

Thanks for that Bushwacker. Bit of a squeeze getting even three kids on the
back seat and all five MPV's I have got have only 2 rear seat belts so you would be breaking the law surely?
As for a 9 seater --- the mind boggles !!! 3 people in the front .?? One can
only surmise where the handbrake would end up--- or what it would end up!

The 9 seater was front 2 seats, bench seat (3) backed up behind the front seats, bench seat (3) backed up against the tailgate window, 1 small seat on the right between the two benches. However, there didn't look to be a great deal of legroom anywhere around that single seat!

You know what BW --- I think you are pulling my leg about having seen 3 9 seaters. Unless they were specially made for Walt Disney for filming of Snow White, The Evil Queen and The Seven Dwarfs !!!
