I'm sure I seen a HiJet with wind deflectors on the front door windows somewhere, but can't remember where.
Anyone know where you can buy these from...seen some on the net, but at £57.00 Shocked is a bit steep me-thinks.

Just got confirmation they had been shipped. Though there is no listing for the Hijet, maybe they don't know its the same? (or they're f***ing with me and have nicked my dosh? Wink )

They will not know they are the same like most parts places, they won't want to assume anything.

Fancy posting up some pictures when they turn up, as I'll use you as a test dummy before I order a set Smile

Still a bit odd because I did state in my e-mail to them..... 'for a Piaggio Porter', as that's what I have, I didn't mention HiJet to them scratch .

Hmmmm!! Weird

Lets see how this plays out... they might be sitting there in a weeks time puzzled to why they have sold loads of sets of Piaggio Porter wind deflectors, when normally then never sell any.

Maybe then they need emailing and told they fit the hijet.... in exchange for a hijet forum discount code Wink

Not to worry guys...... there's more due in the next couple of weeks cheers .......

Here's the reply from Micks Garage ....

Hi

Had another email today about the wind deflectors.
I think Ian and Colin at 'Micks Garage' should start talking to each other.....
One minute they're for sale...then 'we don't stock them'.... then, 'they're due in the next 2 weeks'........
Now they're 'special order' Shocked
WTF's going on Evil or Very Mad .

Here's the latest email......

Hi,
we are out of stock of this item, if you require this we can get you these however they would e a special order and could take a number of weeks to arrive into stock.

Customer Service Representative,

Do they fit? Yea and no, drivers side no probs, pass side not as good, the moulding seems a wee bit off, doesnt clip in as well as the drivers side. Catches the window a bit too. Will be in touch with Mick/ whoever but couldnt be bothered yesterday as it was sunny and went topless in the Merc instead Wink
