Fuel Filter Location Empty Fuel Filter Location

I can't find the fuel filter on my hijet, i looked n the manuals and can see what it looks like but can't see it on the van. can someone please describe where it is.

It was much biggerrthan i thought, should i replace it (van has done 50000 miles or can you recondition it at all?
