Coolant temp sensor from a 2004 1.3efi Hijet Pickup. 

Doesn’t seem to match anything when I google same??  

Anyway of testing them or replacement?

From the end of the cylinder head, or in the lower coolant pipe?

Sure the one in the cylinder head has 3 pins.

And the coolant pipe one isn't a temp sensor, its a thermostatic fan switch.

You’re right. This indeed is fan switch. After a lot googling manage to source a new one. 👍👍
