2012 Hijet S331w Alloy Rim n Tyre
Good day,
I own a 2012 model Hijet S331w 660cc Petrol variant and would like to install Alloy Rims on it. I m currently using 4x100pcd 5jj 12" rims with 165/80/R12 tyres and now interested in installing 15" Alloy rims. My intention is to beautify the outer looks only. No other purpose. Almost all variety of Rims and tyres are available in my area. Just for normal road drive only, no hills or snow.
Thus seeking an expert opinion to choose the perfect rim and tyre combination.

So how's the ride? More Comfortable than the stock 12" rims or no difference?

I have actually never driven it with the stock wheels.
The ride is a bit harder than on my winterwheels (peugeot 107 14" steels), but not terrible.
Don't overinflate the tyres and you should be fine
Because of the wider wheels/different offset there is some scrubbing when you fully lock the steering, but thats not a real problem ( does not hit the body, but is scrubbing on the road, hope you know what i mean)
