Skylark lights up the night
If you have follwed Skylarks facelift story you will remember that the saga ended with me needing to sort out the wiring for the extra driving lights, fog and daytime running lights. I also wanted to sort out the snakes nest of wires that hid beneath the centre console (my own doing when I first got Skylark so cant complain). I decided to save loading the original circuits by running a new feed to the front from the battery to a new fuse box in the passenger well as there is more room there. Needed relays for the lights etc fitting somewhere as well.
3 days later and all now done, I'm not the fastest of workers it seems but some things just seemed to take ages to sort out. Relocated the GPS tracker to somewhere a bit more secure whilst I was doing the electrics as well.
u
Fuse box and earth bus bar to keep it neat in passenger footwell.
Finished wiring...another spaghetti maze but not quite a viper nest like last time.
False bulkhead to protect relays etc which can be removed
New driving lights only operabl with main beam as they should be but can be isolated
New fog lights for the front that operate with existing rear fog light
Angel eye daytime driving lights that are on with ignition but go off when lights are turned on which is how they are supposed to operate. Below are the wiring diagrams I came up with an worked for me, took age to get my head around them with the vans negative switching system.

Looking good, you've put in some effort with the wee van and it's certainly paying off.
