Insulation Empty Insulation

While I have the panels of the inside of the van to remake and recover them I have taken the chance to start putting flashband on for a bit of sound deadening but got to thinking about insulation. Had a search on here but only came up with one topic. What have others used for any heat insulation?

Laughing Laughing Laughing  That will be the second layer! Not going to be winter camping only fair weather summer camping but with British summer weather that could mean anything really!

There's not a lot of room to lose in there with decent thick insulation.  I did my van with the foil back bubble stuff prior to overtopping with fleece material.  Not the best, but better than nothing.
