3 cylinder heads

I have a 1988 hijet with the 843cc engine, my head is cracked visibly in two places through the valve seat into the water jacket, the local engine machine shop have said its not one they can fix. Is the bigger 3 cylinder head something that would fit? Either from a hijet or early charade?

I googled the head gaskets and they look absolutely the same. I guess it will fit.
