please help Empty please help

hi all
i have a W reg (2000) hijet 1300 efi, and i have lost 5th and reverse gears, but if i go to the gearbox underneth the van i can secect these gears so i know its not my box, im new to all this and any help, i would be very greatful

The bushes in the gear linkage are prone to wearing badly, i would take a look at them first.

thanks for the reply, I found a set of cables on eBay, so I bought them, £42 delivered, so ill try these.

cables worked a treat, the last owner kinked the one above the gearbox(long one) so all sorted now, thanks
