XR2 pepperpot alloys
Okay I haven't quite grasped the whole PCD thing with alloys (sorry). Bloke about 80 miles from me is selling these alloys.
I measured centre to centre (opposite studs) which was 4.6 inches. I also measured the shorter measurement from stud to stud which was 3.2 inches?? I emailed the guy and he said from stud to stud on these wheels is 4.5. I really dont want to come across as incredibly thick (which to some I may) but these won't fit right?
I was also told that mini alloys also fit and again spoke to another bloke where he said the measurement was 4 x 101.6 mm.

Mini alloys won't fit. Ford alloys will. You will need wobbly nuts which are about £35 a set. You will probably also need to sand the centre bore out a tiny bit. Less than a mm I think.
Wheel PCD is measured usually in mm. Search wheel pcd guide in google and you'll find lists of different wheel pcd's.
Hijets are 4 (4 holes) x 110 (110 mm centre to centre between diagonal holes)
You'll struggle to find this pattern on many other cars hence going for the more common 4 x 108 which can be found on fords, pugs etc. Because theres only 2mm difference you can use the wobbly nuts to get them to sit central.

Re: XR2 pepperpot alloys
Depending on cost obviously, but most of the alloys in Halfords are multi PCD (108, 110 and 112 PCD)
Just for peoples info
I think I saw a set of 4 alloys with tyres for £350...
I personally am sticking with the standard 12" steels
Mostly because the Hijet will go hopefully before christmas
For a Landy S3 with 16" disco steels with 235/85R16 BF Muds

Re: XR2 pepperpot alloys
the 110 pcds in halfords are probably 5 stud. I very much doubt you'll find a 4 stud 110 multifit

Re: XR2 pepperpot alloys
The ones I saw had 12 stud holes...
They were labelled as multifit 4x108, 4x110 and 4x112.
Might be worth a look.
I didnt pay much attention though, as I wasnt interested for myself....
