LGV verses !! PLG Empty LGV verses !! PLG

Just bought a 2001 1.3 mpv and did not even think to check what tax class it is and have just found out its classed as a LGV but its an MPV ! is this right ? how can it be changed as it was SORN and needs to be taxed tomorrow for collection  Exclamation

I think they are all in the euro 3 tax class due to the way they were registered.

Its because they could not be put into emissions based tax classes.

It also means as a commercial that it doesn't have to satisfy airbag requirements. Most after X pkates are £220 ish. Mines a 51 and a rare £135 one, but if yours is the dearer one I'd reckon you're stuck. Sad
