Photobucket - so easy

Trouble is Photo bucket has given up on me ..
I get to the last bit where all the relevant text is supposed to appear and it does a Paul Daniels on me---- a disappearing trick.

Obviously it WAS working for me--- now it's not.

Photobucket doesnt like files with the same file name... it has posted 2 different files as the 1st i uploaded.
BUT Photobucket DOES WORK..
Practise makes perfect boys... back in the day.. even i had to figure out how this internet stuff worked..

Thank you LP. I can suss what is happening there with certain pictures as you are right some are in two files and appear two pictures the same next to each other with two TOTALLY different
ID numbers.
I have over 7000 pictures on my camera and a lot more on the laptop and on a couple of occasions has doubled up into two different storage areas on the
Laptop. How the hell do I sort that out?

Time to contact my number two son to let him sort that.

What I will try tonight is send pictures that are definitely in one
folder or rather than use a monthly folder use one from a date only source and try that.

I did try what you suggested Del Boy --- but it was a non starter.
What I was seeing on my laptop was nothing like you described.

I think if you read back you will see that LP may well have found part of my problem --- but it still doesn't explain WHY pictures are repeating themselves
AND why the three pictures I posted for Matt's benefit came out on my Tablet,
but not on my Laptop.
Work that one out and tell me your easi-peasi answer to that one Del.
