What MPG , do you get ?

Hi All , I was just wondering what sort of MPG you get on various routes , Urban , Suburban , and motorway . and from the various models ie , 993 , 1300 ,LPG and Diesel . I have a feeling I may be shocked .

Do a long motorway journey roughly 45mpg
Hammer the shit out of it down country lanes about 30mpg
Weekly Average about 40mpg

at my last count think mine was the same as hj 99 1.3

Blimey HJ that's good MPG. When I done Hungary on mine, from memory, I only got 37 going empty and 39 return with a load on, so the secret is always keep a load in the back
Just found my original post on the trip
Averaged 60/65 MPH, outward trip 7.9 MPL return 8.9 MPL
so 35.55 MPG going and 40.05 MPG return

I average 22 on LPG, thinking of fitting a hour meter instead of a odometer   

If your getting poor fuel economy look at stuff like the map sensor, tps sensor, lambda sensor, the timing, leaking exhaust, air intake temp sensor.

And obviously your driving style  

My mpg is 40ish . £37 to fill and I get around 257 miles. I can't grumble with that.

Mine's similar, this one's nowhere near as economical as the last one, or maybe I drive it harder?

If you want good fuel economy don't fit a rev counter . The needle on mines been hi fiveing 5k all weekend .
