they are all working jet and being the council always pay, wellies are a good call, better reversing lights incase the roof working lights fail, good tow rope incase it brakes down or gets stuck Laughing

Air supply should be good the lower you go the more dense the air gets so the motors might make an extra horse power. But I think I would run a couple of leisure batteries as you don't want them running at a standstill if working nearby and they can run the lights for that and if you do have a break down your not stuck in the dark.

Also think that the grills should be held on with old leather belts and put three spots on the front just for the full effect.

Hijets are poor when driving though water as the under covers to the engine area are poor. I would look at some extra bits of sheet that stops the front splash up from getting onto the pulley area.

Also I would look at moving the air intake to the rear wall of the cab like a truck, maybe the exhaust too, make sure all the HT lead area seals up well, as you may have to wade it though a couple of foot of water.

Realistically they ain't going to be going very fast so your typical kenlow fan setup.

You want one of those drain gas monitors and a breathing bottle setup, as you can get toxic gas build up in underground pipework.

Obviously you need big fat water tank, pump and lance setup, plenty of lighting!

You'll get no phone signal, nor will radios work - so if you get stuck or lost - well good luck!

Will a hijet even fit in the underground drain work?

A 4x4 one might go along way is its going to be wet and slippery.

And you may go down a section then find you have to do a lot of reversing to get back out.
