Looks like the Perodua Nippa is another PCD4x110 as it seems to be a cuore in disguise.

Although lots of websites list it as 4x100 although I think their generic data may be wrong.

Pretty sure its 110, the other Perodua models all seem to be 100( ie the more plentiful with nice wheels ones....) but the Nippa is a wee oddity.
