Door key issues.
I've had issues with hijet door locks before. My key has problems openning the two front doors of my hijet camper. I have to wiggle the key up and down for bloody ages to get it to work. I know the keys aren't the best design and I have had to replace one on my old mpv before for almost snapping all the way through. Is there an alternative lock or key solution to this?
Anyone got any ideas?

Yeah possibly - if the same key works fine on the ignition barrel then its the door locks at fault - if you soak the locks with loads of wd-40, while keeping it moving (e.g. key turning) you'll find the pins in the lock free up. Once it is working properly and you've had a fair bit of WD-40 washed through it lube it up with some proper oil.

Mines the same, its a cut copy. I ordered one online from the key code found on the back of the lock and it worked much better until it snapped in my pocket.

As my dad always lectures me, "oil is the cheapest form of maintenance" - as he watches my red faced struggle with my shed padlock or my garage door security bolts. Yeah shut up Dad, can't you see this is pissing me off

door locks
i had probs with door locks, but regular oiling keeps it good, i use car engine oil out of
a oil can, and squirt into locks !, wd 40 dries up too quick. also make sure your key is
not slightly bent, as this causes probs.

Just remember the bit he said at the end about the oil, or you will be needing new locks soon. WD is good but will f%ck the lock if left without proper oil after.

Silicone Lubricants are great for keys because they don't make your pocket stink of oil, graphite lubricates are good for locks too.
