Hi all from hertfordshire
So im totally new to micro vans.
Ive had a transite and a vw t25.
But i like the small vehicles.
I dont have one yet but plan on getting a micro soon.

6 foot? Pah! Pretty sure someone on here's about 6'3", they're surprisingly roomy in the front as well as the back. (have a look through the "whats in your van" thread).

I really have no idea in all honesty.
Daihatsu are very good at building engines, that why Toyota aquired them. The aygo/c1/107 has a Daihatsu engine in it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_KR_engine they have been developing compact efficient engine design for the last 30 years.
Bodyshells on the other hand.... erm we'll not talk about that hey!

Well, the bodyshells are Italian anyway, aren't they? Or were they working to Daihatsu designs?
One thing I do know, the quality of the wiring connectors is atrocious. I've replaced an awful lot of them on mine, and my most recent problem, no indicators while driving across europe, was purely due to dodgy connections to the flasher relay.
