Skylight fitting One to go.

Was a bit of challenge getting up on the roof. Made a template as was not the original size. All fitted nice and snug. Bedded in with sikaflex. Just need a nice sunny day for the next one. It's a great feeling if achievement. Thanks all for encouraging me.

Congratulations, there are not many people who would have attempted that, you look to have done a great job there, keep up the good work. You certainly have persevered with it.

Been away, returned to my tank leaking, it's shot. Filled up before I went away , returned to zero fuel. Do you know if a Bedford Rascal pickup will be same tank as my hijet 2.3 pickup. I think I have found one locally. Surly had to be the last thing to do. It's very rusty, I think beyond repair.

Sleepless nights. I have called many places on the hunt for fuel tank. It's hopeless. New is £599. Buffy is going to be leaving after so much hard work, toil n tears. Guess I am giving up.

Ah, tbeyturn up o e ay, just bide your time now you spent so long getting so far!

Been filling in forms for call out to every breakers across whole of British Isles. It's weeping from the seam. Was wondering if it can be repaired, what do you know about the putty ?
They are like gold dust to find. Summers over and I so wanted to get a trip away. I'm feeling defeated after many months if hard work to bring her to where she is. Thanks I will keep you posted.

I will try him, but think we may of discussed this amongst many other things in the past. I just found one with 3 month warranty from a breakers, however they wanted £300. To steep.

I have been sat online all day and something good may come out of this. I learned from a guy on Facebook that my year was recalled fir faulty tanks rusting fast and leaking. Now I'm not getting to excited can't cope with the the ups n downs lol. I put all details plus vin number and it said I should contact them. I find this a bit strange, but us to his my lucky day. Also seen other years were faulty, from rotting away. Just thought you all come of hear my news. Let's hope again .
