s110p wire diagram, 4x4 select issue
hey guys having an issue with the 4x4 select on my 95 s110p, sounds like a relay bouncing but not latching. truck seems to be trying to come out of 4x4 but it goes right back in. when i first got the truck i could hear it on start up click about 6-10 times with the 4x4 light flickering on the dash. now it will not do that on start up but once rolling it clicks very fast with the 4x4 indicator light flicking so fast it only looks like it has dimmed. so i have found the selector valves for the vacuum and have pulled the dash to follow wires. Right now i need a bit more info on the system electrically so i can trouble shoot this so i am looking for a wire diagram.

This is as good as I've got on the s110 4x4 system...

The only thing I have found which have caused 3 s85's 4wd systems to not work is the vacuum pipework. Cracked pipes, and incorrectly plumbed.

Well I found my problem one of the vsv for the transfer case was on its way out. Once I poked around at it and unpluged and plugged it back in it gave up the ghost. Let out that precious electrical smoke! If anyone has the park number for the vsv dihatsu used please post up. Hopefully tomorrow I can pull them off abd get a number off them

Re: s110p wire diagram, 4x4 select issue
did some more looking and found the pn on the front diff ones as the system on my truck has 4 vsv. front one i could see was 89574-87512 then 084800-2150. the ones for the transfer case are hard to read as they live under the box they 89574-87508 then 084800-2170. they may be the same front and back and i only read the pn off 1 at each location. tomorrow i will have to take off the other front one to be able to see the pn. google only comes up with a yahoo auction for the front assembly.

Re: s110p wire diagram, 4x4 select issue
managed to find the vsv for the front diff so i ordered them, the vsv are blue and green vs black and white for the transfer case vsv. the color of the vsv body matches the plug that plugs into them it seems.they come as an assemby of 2 and the proper metal bracket to mount them on the specific location on the truck. i swapped the new off its bracket and mounted them on the bad vsv bracket under the box works like a charm now. i can take it back in the woods and start moving fill and building a driveway. kx41 mini x to match the mini truck
