My Daihatsu Hijet 1984 850 Cab Deluxe S70V

hey all,

recently purchased this awesome Hijet to replace my Mira in overall great condition, runs well, interior is excellent and only surface rust on the outside.

having great fun with it already  

plans for it are;

- tune the carby + service
- respray
- new tyres and rims came with the car which will be going on very soon

Very tidy for the year. I guess the dry South Africa Africa climate has helped to preserve the bodywork from Tinworm. Have you any plans to respray it?
As Logi said, it will look great with the alloy wheels on.

I love the reflection of the palm trees, house and garden in the rear window. We have palm trees here on the Isle of Wight, though not your mild climate. Although it is one of the mildest in the UK.

Hi could you possibly take some pictures showing where the vacum lines all go and where the 2 from carburettor go to distributor. Picture of carburetor and the distributor please many thanks
