Oversized Head Gasket

Does anyone know if you can get an oversized head gasket as I have had my cylinder head skimmed and pressure tested but I also could do with having the block skimmed as it is severely pitted.

Done it!!!! Head fitted now.....now to put things back together and pressure fill the cooling system...
