How are you stopping it sliding left - right, looks like it could go straight through the windows if you did a sharp turn ?

Crude yet very effective rich!
It's like my storage van in the garden, I've racked it out and can fit loads of crap in it.

Gravity, a bungee cord and sharp turns in a hijet you must be kidding We stack really useful boxes on the wooden rack on the right hand side up to the top of the door frame and only ever had things slide off the top.craig2859 wrote:How are you stopping it sliding left - right, looks like it could go straight through the windows if you did a sharp turn ?
It is a little crude but very cheap it cost me half an hour most of which was walking between the car park and the pillar drill in the shed and looking for suitable bolts.

I did something similar in a '66 mini (woody) traveller. Then I used it for band gear, so had to take the shelf out (BIG pa). Not sure it ever passed a MOT after that....
